This guarantee allows you to wear your boots for up to 30 days to make sure they’re the right fit and comfort for you. If you find that they’re not comfortable within this period, you can submit a comfort claim for assessment.

• Blundstone (all products)

• Oliver (selected boots only)

• FXD (selected boots only)

How it Works

1. Submit a Comfort Claim Form – This lets us know your details and the issue you’ve experienced.

2. Provide Photos & Information – Some brands may require photos or additional details to process the claim.

3. Assessment – The brand will review your claim and decide whether to replace the boots or offer another solution.

• This guarantee is only for comfort issues, not sizing errors. Please ensure you’ve selected the correct size before wearing the boots to work.

• Comfort claims are assessed by the brand, not WorkwearHub directly.

• Proof of purchase is required.
