WorkwearHub 6-Month Warranty Policy
At WorkwearHub, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. That’s why all clothing and footwear purchased from us are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.
What’s Covered
Our warranty applies to manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. Examples include:
Seams coming apart prematurely
Broken zippers or fastenings
Faulty stitching
Sole separation or other structural defects in footwear
If your item is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault within 6 months, we’ll work with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the circumstances.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover issues caused by:
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Misuse, neglect, or damage caused after purchase
Comfort or sizing concerns once an item has been worn
Changes in appearance (such as fading, pilling, or scuffing) that occur with normal use
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Submit a Warranty Claim Form – This helps us collect the details we need to assess your item quickly.
Provide Photos – Clear images of the fault and the full item are usually required.
Send Back the Item (if needed) – In some cases, we’ll ask you to return the item for assessment by the supplier or manufacturer.
Once assessed, we’ll let you know the outcome and next steps.
