WorkwearHub 6-Month Warranty Policy

At WorkwearHub, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. That’s why all clothing and footwear purchased from us are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

Our warranty applies to manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship. Examples include:

  • Seams coming apart prematurely

  • Broken zippers or fastenings

  • Faulty stitching

  • Sole separation or other structural defects in footwear

If your item is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault within 6 months, we’ll work with the supplier to repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the circumstances.

What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Misuse, neglect, or damage caused after purchase

  • Comfort or sizing concerns once an item has been worn

  • Changes in appearance (such as fading, pilling, or scuffing) that occur with normal use

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim Form – This helps us collect the details we need to assess your item quickly.

  2. Provide Photos – Clear images of the fault and the full item are usually required.

  3. Send Back the Item (if needed) – In some cases, we’ll ask you to return the item for assessment by the supplier or manufacturer.

Once assessed, we’ll let you know the outcome and next steps.

  • Turnaround times can vary depending on the brand.

  • If your claim is approved, the item may be repaired, replaced, or refunded depending on the situation.
