About Our Tradie Packs

Our Tradie Packs are designed to give you a ready-to-go bundle of high-quality workwear, carefully selected to meet the needs of busy tradespeople. 

What You Need to Know

• Fixed Products: Each pack always contains the same items—no substitutions.

• Standard Colours & Sizes: The colours and sizes included are pre-selected. Customers cannot choose different colours or mix sizes within a pack.

• Why This Works: Pre-packed bundles allow us to offer convenience, speed, and consistent value, so you get a reliable kit without the guesswork.

• The Tradie Packs available online are the only offers currently available. Unfortunately, we’re unable to create custom packs at this time.

If you’re looking for individual items in different sizes or colours, these are available to purchase separately on our website.

Exchanges and Refunds

Tradie Packs are processed as a single bundled item. Because of this, exchanges or refunds can only be processed for the entire pack — not for individual items within it.

If you’d like to exchange or return only part of your Tradie Pack, please contact our Customer Service team directly before sending anything back. We’ll review your request and help find the best solution for you.
