We want your returns and exchanges to be as quick and hassle-free as possible. The timing depends on the type of return or exchange you choose:

Instant Refund (AU Only)

• Receive your refund before sending your items back.

• Great for quick returns on items you no longer need.

Standard Refund

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.

• Ideal if you’re returning items by post and don’t need an immediate refund.

Instant Exchange

• A new order is created immediately to secure your replacement item(s).

• Ensures you don’t miss out on popular items.

Standard Exchange

• Processed after we receive your return, typically within 7–10 business days.

• Perfect if you don’t mind waiting a short time for your replacement.

Returning In Store

You’re always welcome to visit our Burleigh Heads retail store for returns and exchanges:

• Refunds: Return your online order for a full refund.

• Exchanges: If your replacement isn’t available in-store, we’ll process and either ship it to you or prepare it for Click & Collect.
