If you’re trying to lodge a return through Refundid and receive an error, it may be because you’ve already processed a return or refund on this order.

Refundid only allows one return per order, so if you’re attempting a second return, you’ll need to complete it manually through Australia Post instead.

📦 How to Complete a Second Return

1. Pack your items securely in a postage bag.

   • You can purchase one from Australia Post or reuse your original parcel bag (turned inside out).

2. Write the following details clearly on the outside of your parcel:

   • Return Reference Number: (Insert your return number here)

   • Your full name and return address

3. Post your return to:

4. Pay for postage when lodging your parcel with Australia Post. (Return postage costs are not covered for second returns.)

Once we receive your parcel, our team will process your return as soon as possible and notify you by email.

• Second returns cannot be processed through Refundid.

• The item must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

• You’ll receive a store credit or refund depending on your original return type (no exchanges on second returns).

• Please use a trackable postal service for your peace of mind.
