Most of the brands we sell at WorkwearHub are covered by our 6-month warranty, which protects against manufacturing faults and defects in materials or workmanship.

Coverage Overview

• Standard 6-Month Warranty: Most clothing and footwear brands purchased online are covered.

• Exceptions: Socks and underwear are not covered under the 6-month warranty.

• Extended 12-Month Warranty: Redback boots have a 1-year warranty instead of 6 months.

How it Works

1. Submit a Warranty Claim Form – Provide your order details and describe the issue.

2. Provide Photos – Clear images of the fault and the full item help us assess the claim quickly.

3. Assessment by Brand or Supplier – The brand will review the claim and decide whether to repair, replace, or refund the item.
