What is Refundid?

Refundid provides WorkwearHub customers with an instant refund for their online returns. No more waiting for your order to be shipped back and checked, with Refundid you receive your refund in under 30 seconds.

Please note that Refundid is not available for our New Zealand Customers

How It Works

1. Ensure your items are in their original condition with tags still attached and in original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

2. Enter your order details below to receive your full refund instantly. 

3. Complete the Returns Form that was included with your order, noting your Order Number, so we can match this up with your return.

4. Ship your items back to WorkwearHub within the next 3 days, using the Australia Post returns label that was included with your order. Just attach the label to the outside of the original post bag and take to the post office.

5. Keep your receipt with your tracking number on it, as you will need to enter the tracking number in your Refundid Account.
