What is the process for making a 30 day comfort warranty claim?Updated 4 hours ago

Please note that we can only accept warranty claims for boots within 30 days of the purchase date.

Warranty Claims – Boots
To start a warranty claim for your boots, please provide the following photos to help with the assessment:

• A clear image of both boots 

• A photo of the dial on the sole (if applicable)

• A full-front photo of the boot

• A photo of the inside tongue label

• An explanation of the discomfort/ issue 

If applicable to the brand the our team will then send you a comfort claim form to fill out. 

Once we receive your photos/ forms we will forward them to the supplier for review. If the warranty is approved, the supplier may request that the boots be returned for further inspection.
