What is the process for making a faulty warranty claim?Updated 4 hours ago

Please note that we can only accept warranty claims for boots within 6 months of the purchase date.

Warranty Claims – Boots
To start a warranty claim for your boots, please provide the following photos to help with the assessment:

  • A clear image showing the fault or damage on the boot

  • A photo of the dial on the sole (if applicable)

  • A full-front photo of the boot

  • A photo of the inside tongue label

Once we receive your photos, we will forward them to the supplier for review. If the warranty is approved, the supplier may request that the boots be returned for further inspection.


Warranty Claims – Clothing
To lodge a warranty claim for clothing items, please provide the following photos:

- A close up photo of the fault/s
- A photo of the whole item (front and back) 
- A photo of the little white/ black tag located near the waistband/ side of pant.


After we receive the photos, we will forward them to the supplier for review. If the warranty is approved, the supplier may request the item to be returned for further inspection.
