What is the process for making a warranty claim on boots?Updated a month ago

To initiate a warranty claim for a pair of boots, customers are required to provide several specific photographs to assist in the assessment process. The required photos generally include:

  • A photo showing any faults on the boot.
  • A photo of the sole of the boot.
  • A photo of the front of the boot.
  • A photo of the inside tongue label of the boot.

Once these photos are received, they are forwarded to the supplier for review. It is important to note that if the warranty is approved, the supplier might require the boots to be sent back for further inspection.
