Points
Points are what you earn by shopping with WorkwearHub. You’ll earn points for every $1 spent, and if you’re on Silver or Gold tier, you’ll earn even more per dollar thanks to tier multipliers. Points are added to your account once your order is fulfilled and become available after 60 days. Points now expire 8 months from the date they’re earned.

Rewards
Rewards are the discounts you redeem with your points. Once redeemed, rewards do not expire — but they do have a minimum spend requirement when used at checkout.

Tiers
Our loyalty program tiers are based on your total spend within a rolling 12-month period. To keep your tier status, you’ll need to re-spend above the threshold within 12 months of entering that tier. If you don’t meet the spend requirement, your account will be downgraded by one tier.
