Fraud Payments: AmexUpdated 2 hours ago

Why American Express Orders May Require Additional Verification

At Workwear Hub, we take customer payment security seriously. To protect both our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions, some American Express orders may require additional verification before shipping.

Why you received this email

You may receive an email from us asking for verification if:

  • It’s your first order placed with us using an American Express card,

  • The order amount or items purchased meet our security review criteria, or

  • Our card security system detects something unusual about the transaction.

These checks are an important part of our fraud prevention process and help ensure that the person placing the order is the legitimate cardholder.

What we ask for

To verify your order, we will request:

  1. A screenshot of your transaction from your bank or American Express statement showing Workwear Hub’s name, date of transaction, and the charged amount.

  2. A photo of the card used for the purchase, with all digits covered except for the last four. This allows us to safely confirm that the same card was used for the transaction.

This information helps confirm that the cardholder authorized the payment and is aware of the charge.

Why this step matters

These security checks protect our customers from credit card misuse and ensure all transactions are legitimate. While we understand this step may be a small inconvenience, it’s an important part of maintaining a safe shopping environment.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Once verification is complete, your order will be released for immediate dispatch.
