Why You May Be Asked to Confirm a 6-Digit Code from Your Bank

At Workwear Hub, we take credit card security seriously. To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, our system may occasionally trigger an additional verification step when certain orders are placed.

Why you received this email

You may have received an email from us requesting a 6-digit code related to your recent order. This happens when:

  • It’s your first order made with us using a credit card,

  • The order value or item purchased meets our fraud-prevention criteria, or

  • Our payment security system detects something unusual in the transaction pattern.

This process helps confirm that the person placing the order is the legitimate cardholder and aware of the transaction.

What we ask for

We’ll ask you to log in to your online banking or contact your card provider to find a 6-digit number that appears next to the transaction on your statement (for example, SP Workwearhub 123456).
Once you confirm this code with us via email, we can immediately release your order for shipping.

Please note that for your security, confirmation must be sent in writing via email and cannot be accepted over the phone.

Why this step is important

This verification protects both you and Workwear Hub from unauthorized card use. It ensures that your payment details are secure and that we are only shipping goods to legitimate customers.

We understand that this may cause a small delay, but it is a necessary measure to maintain a safe shopping environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
