We understand that sometimes an item might not fit as expected. That's why we offer Refundid for all our return options, including Instant refunds, Standard refunds, and exchanges. Whether you've ordered the wrong size or the product simply isn't what you were looking for, returning it is easy:

2. Follow the instructions to lodge a return. Once you've done this, you'll receive a label to use when sending the items back to us.

Do keep in mind that our returns policy normally lasts for 60 days, and we can only exchange items for a different size in the same style. If you wish to have a different product, you will need to process the return as a refund and then repurchase the desired item.
