All successful orders and transactions will receive a confirmation email to the nominated email address after purchase. We also recommend checking with your payment provider to see if funds have been deducted from your account.
If you have not received a confirmation email nor funds have not been deducted from your account, your order has been unsuccessful.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, but funds have been deducted from your account please contact our Customer Service Team on 1300 488 573 to have your confirmation email resent.
