Troubleshooting When You Can’t Checkout at CartUpdated a month ago
Sometimes, customers may encounter an issue where they can’t proceed to checkout after adding items to their cart. This can be frustrating, but there are a few common reasons and simple steps to resolve it.
1. Check Your Browser
Make sure your browser is up to date. Older versions of browsers may not be fully compatible with some checkout systems.
Clear your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes stored data can interfere with the checkout process.
Try a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) to see if the issue persists.
2. Disable Browser Extensions
Extensions like ad blockers or privacy tools can sometimes block scripts necessary for checkout.
Temporarily disable extensions or try using an incognito/private window.
3. Ensure Javascript and Cookies Are Enabled
Checkout systems rely on Javascript and cookies to function correctly.
Check your browser settings to ensure these are enabled.
4. Check Your Cart
Make sure all items in your cart are in stock. Some websites prevent checkout if an item has sold out or has limited availability.
Remove any gift cards, discount codes, or special items that may be causing conflicts, then try again.
🧭 Troubleshooting: How to Adjust Your Page Size to 90%
If you’re having trouble viewing certain pages or forms on our website — for example, if buttons or fields appear cut off or misaligned — this can usually be fixed by adjusting your page zoom to 90%.
Follow the steps below based on your device:
💻 On a ComputerOpen the page you’re trying to view.
Press Ctrl and – (minus) on Windows, or Command (⌘) and – on Mac to zoom out.
Keep pressing until the zoom level shows 90%.
You can also adjust zoom using your browser’s menu:
Google Chrome: Click the three dots in the top right → Zoom → set to 90%.
Safari: Click View in the menu bar → Zoom Out until it reaches 90%.
Microsoft Edge: Click the three dots in the top right → Zoom → set to 90%.
📱 On a Mobile Device
Try pinching in on the screen to zoom out slightly.
If the page still doesn’t fit, tap the browser menu (⋮ or “aA” icon) and reduce zoom to 90%.
✅ Tip
Once you’ve finished, you can return to normal view by pressing Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Command + 0 (Mac), which resets zoom back to 100%.
