What do the statuses 'approved', 'pending', 'cancelled' meanUpdated a year ago

Approved: These credits are ready to be redeemed on rewards 

Pending: If you have earned credits by purchasing or through the referral option, these credits need to be verified before you can redeem them. Once the credits are approved you will be able to redeem them. 

Cancelled: These credits will not be added to your account, This happens when you have cancelled or returned a purchase.
