If you refund your order any Mates Rates points that you may have earned on that order will be removed from your account automatically. 

Returned Orders with Mates Rates Loyalty Rewards

When you redeem Mates Rates points or rewards on an order, please note these are non-refundable. If your order (or part of it) is returned, any points or rewards used toward the purchase will not be reinstated to your account or re-issued as a new reward. Refunds will only apply to the amount you paid directly.
